Such a fangirl..

So, I think part of my struggle with this fic is that is has major flashbacks.  (I would say that the word count for the three flashbacks is going to be around the same number of words as the main plot.)  I'm trying to decide if I should scrap the idea of the flashbacking and just write it in a linear way (which I think takes away from the fic a bit but may be more cohesive...) or cut back the flashback scenes.  *headdesk*[Poll #1665570]

I'm really reconsidering writing my Sci-fi/Fantasy Big Bang story in the Tangled fandom.  Think of it...Rapunzel and Flynn with dragons, mermaids, and Vikings (or maybe pirates...), oh my! (And let's not forget Pascal and Max, right?)

Speaking of the scifibigbang , sign-ups start in about a month on the 1st and, yes, I'm expecting to see some of you sign-up.  Rough drafts aren't due until July 1.  That's like an epic amount of time.  Personally, I think Laura should write a Sherlock/SGA big bang fic, but that's just me, LOL.

More details will be coming out in the next couple of weeks, after I finalize things with my co-mod. But the min word count is 25k, so start your muses people! :D :D

On an interesting side note, my sister's ex-boyfriend's uncle wrote the screenplays for all the Pirates movies.  She got to go to the premiere of the last  movie at Disneyland...and get the whole red carpet gift bag and stuff.  Er, I guess that plays right into the "all Southern Californians are connected to Hollywood" stereotype...
