To Kindle or not to Kindle?

Boy, does a Kindle look spiffy or what?

I'm a sucker for reading books anyway and this makes my geekiness that much more easy to obtain.  The girls want the computer?  Fine, I'll be on the couch reading "The Fall of Reach" or some Mark Twain wit.  Plus, you can email word docs to it, which means fanfic on the go.  Woot woot!

So, what's stopping me? The 300 dollar price tag.  That's like, a new dishwasher.

Sometimes it sucks being a grown-up. :P :P :P

Yeah Kindle's sound cool. I could have a whole library with out having to find a place to put my books. And I wonder if you can put textbooks on it, then it would be super cool.
